THE HOWs AND WHYs of WHAT WE DO:

ILBC contracts and sub-contracts professional field land services and is currently building a client base. 

Our Contractors include a 'core group' of three professional landmen who have a combined experience level of over 40 years. Two are certified professional landmen and all three are members of the AAPL and other regional land profession associations.

Areas previously worked by the 'core group' include West Texas, East Texas, Eagle Ford - South Texas, Barnett Shale - North Texas, Permian Basin - Texas and New Mexico, Rocky Mountain - Southwest Colorado, Texas Gulf Coast,  South Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Eastern Ohio and more.
 

As a provider of abstracting, curative title, mineral leasing, due diligence, drillsite title, area checks and other field land services Independent Lease Brokering Corporation will not accept new clients with areas of interest that may conflict with existing clients without the express consent of the affected client. New clients will immediately be notified of the existence of a conflict and the need for consent of the prior client.

ILBC is a full-service provider with its own affiliated shell corporations and bank drafting facilities for completely confidential leasing and other acquisitions. Using ILBC ensures project confidentiality, and even anonymity, according to the client's instructions and goals, because our 'core group' individuals have the experience needed to close leases without disclosing confidential or tight information.

As of January 2012 the 'core group' of our contractors may have conflicts with future clients but ILBC does not have conflicts as it is presently seeking its first clients.
